MN1 - Kids registration Time

Dear all,
Please can you confirm how much time does HO take in processing MN1 forms? It’s been ten days now that I have submitted MN1 form for my kids but I haven’t received any acknowledgment letter yet.
They haven’t deducted the fee as well. I have the confirmation from royal mail that the forms and documents were received by HO officials next day. Any advise?
