Hi,
Does anyone know if one can apply to register children as british citizens using form MN1 ?
Both Kids were born in the uk but none of the parents have settled status.
Does anyone know of who has succeeded using this route?

How old are the children and what status do the parents have.

They are 3 and 4 both born here and have never left. Dad is on tier 2 work permit due for ILR in 3 yrs and mum is on tier 4 doing a PhD

you will be able to register kids when you or your wife get ILR
