Applying for passport outside UK with nationality cert

if application is made via NCS for child under MN1 - section 1(3) - child born in UK, he is currently on a t2 dependent visa valid for another 9months if he travel outside UK can application for passport be made outside UK with nationality certificate. (both parents got ILR)

any idea what document would be required if application is made outside uk

any advise would be welcome...

The Certificate of Registration makes the child British. An application for a British Passport for the child can be made in the UK, or indeed at any British Mission anywhere in the world.

Requirements? Go to the website of the relevant British High Commission or Embassy.
