Can I request for a copy of my naturaliisation application form from the home office, i cannot find my copy

Why do you need it?

Was refuse, but discover that it might be due to error on one of the date entered and I dont want to make the same mistake again b/c this time I want to fill the form myself not through third party

Why was it refused? on whatt grounds etc. you should have received the refusal letter stating the reason.

That I was absent from the country for more than 450 days and I have never been out of the country for more that days. The adviser who handle the process has not giving me the letter so as the copy of the form submitted application. I dont want to go through the adviser again. So please let me know if is possible to get a copy from the Home Office rather than go to the adviser again. I dont want to keep paying him

thats strange, what i understand is that you never out of the country for that many days but your adviser wrote on your AN form 450 days absent? didn't HO see your passport stamps i.e entry and exit. Clearly if that the case you can ask your adviser to rectify it ( ask HO to reconsider etc )

As Ferrarilondon has advised, ask the HO to reconsider your application. In your covering letter, clearly mention the dates you were away from the country.

Even if you were away for more than 450 days, the case worker has got some discretion if your application is satifactory in all other ways.

Give them a ring to find out if you can get a copy.
