Bulgarian Student for British citizenship

Hello All,
I have a quick question
I entered UK from Greece where I was raised with Bulgarian passport and visa
Sept 2006
I have the yellow card for employment since April 2007 been working since then and now waiting for the blue card I guess.
Finished my degree and Masters, now working full time and considering PhD
I was wondering when can I apply for British citizenship?
