Guys a very quick questions:

I am applying for citizenship, under the question "Knowledge of language / life in the UK 1.22" - what option should I chose? I am on ILR (HSMP JR).

HSMP JR are exempted for ILR. You must meet the Knowledge of Language for Naturalisation stage.
