Hi to all,
back after 1yr when i got my ILR with all the help and advice thru this brilliant website.Pls can i have some advice?
Me,wife and eldest kid got ILR in 03/06/2010.
My difficulties are as follows:
a) My younger kid born 28/09/2009 in UK but was not included in the ILR application.so she doesn't have neither indian or british passport.

b)my eldest one's passport got expired in dec last year, which has the ILR stamp on.
Do i need to get indian passport renewed /or made again before applying for citizenship or just carry on normally and apply through AN form through Home office website.
Many thanks for all your help

Minors do not apply for naturalisation. They need to apply for registration as British citizen.

See Application naturalisation

There is no need for your elder son to apply for a new (Indian) passport, but you will be required to provide - the child's birth certificate, parents' marriage certificate and evidence that the child is resident in the UK (e.g. - letter from school that the child is a student at the school). See also Guide MN1.

You could have applied for registration of your UK-born child any time after you were granted settlement. Given that you haven't done so as yet, apply jointly for both children at the same time as either parent applies for naturalisation - will be cheaper than applying separately. No need to apply for Indian passport for your UK-born child.
