hi.
i m staying in UK from past 10 years on indefinate leave to remain in UK. bt my application for the naturalization of british citizenship is been refused because i failed to inform them that i have a driving offence case pending. when i called the authorities they adviced me to send a appologize letter with the evidence of the conviction and next hearing.
or
they said me to give evidence from the police showing that the case is been dropped or i m not the person who is been convicted for the offence.
giving them such evidence is not possible for me as the case is still pending..
what should i do now.. i have to reply them within 15 days..
anyone there please advice..

thankyou

Does this mean you've not been convicted?? If you've not been convicted, my suggestion is to seek an approved advisor or a solicitor for a professional counsel. But if it were me, I will send an apology letter informing them of the pending case and letting them know the next hearing
