I have an appointment with the NCS next week. I will appreciate if you guys can tell me if I have all the documentation place.

Application form (Referee 1 - FSA registered Stock Broker, Referee 2 - Friend for more than 5 years)
3 months Salary Slips (1 duplicate print out)
3 months Bank Statements
Last year's P60
Life in the UK Test
Letter from UKBA approving ILR

I am attaching a duplicate print out of 1 months salary slip as I have misplaced the original. Will that be a problem? Do I need to explain it separately in letter?

Also a query on behalf of a friend. Are duplicate Bank Statements reissued by the Bank acceptable?

You don't need the following documents in most of the cases

3 months Salary Slips (1 duplicate print out)
3 months Bank Statements
Last year's P60

You only need your passport and LIUK result.

Passport
Life in the UK certificate
If married - marriage certificate

ILR letter if backdated!
