My case is as follows WP+ Tier 1+ ILR (total 6 years)

I have one question,

1. Do i need to take 2 payment slips with me for me & my wife and 1 for son Or I can write total amount of 1294 +540 = £1834 on one payment slip will be sufficient for all three ?

If you are paying by a card, NCS case worker will give you a payslip to fill and to sign, you can pay all the fee due by a single transaction.

what do we need to fill in that payslip in HO Ref: Column.

also does it make difference if I send my daughter's MN1 application form by post or by NCS.

HO ref is your/your partner's HO ref number of ILR.
If you sent by post you will have to send all you original documents as well

Leave it blank

Why would you do that?? You should send them together, by post or NCS!
