hi to you all !!!

i just wandering when i will apply for my BC received my family permit as eu family member for 5 years visa on April 2005 then expired on april 2010 applied for PR on march 2010 received it on november 2010 .
can i apply on BC now or wait till november 2011 in fact i spent more than six years legally us eu family number in the UK i dont want lose my fee .

What date of confirmation is mentioned in your PR certifictae?

AFAIK, the date of PR sticker is date of issue of not "5 years anniversary of exercising treaty rights".
You should be able to apply now after 6 years (5 years exercising treat rights + 1 year).

i was granted pr on the 15 of dec 2010 and i applied for bc in april 2011 given the fact that i was married for more than 6 years and was granted bc in june
so you can apply now

You are eligible for BC since April 2011. All you need to do is to prove last 6 years that you were physcly here and self sufficent.
