I received my ILR in 2011. Ive checked the UKBA website and it states that I can apply for BC 3yrs after being married. I got married in 2008 July so does that mean I can apply for BC in July 2011?
I got married outside of this country and only came back here in November 2008 does that affect it?

were you in the uk before november at any time?? please give more detail so we work out.
if you first ever came to the uk in november 2008 then you are eligible in november 2011 for BC.
