Documents Question for UKM Application

Hello. I'm putting together my application for citizenship by UKM and have a question about the documents to submit.
The instructions state...
Please send the following documents:
1. Your passport; and
2. Your full birth certificate; and
3. Your mother’s full birth certificate; and either
4. Her certificate of naturalisation or registration as a citizen of the United Kingdom and Colonies (or, before 1 January 1949, as a British subject); or
5. Papers showing her legal adoption; or
6. Her expired citizen of the United Kingdom and Colonies passport
I have
- my passport and full birth certificate
- mothers full birth certificate
Where do I get her "certificate of registration"? She was born in England in 1947, and all of her registration information (who registered her, the sub-district etc) is on the birth certificate. Is there another document that I need to get to prove her registration as a UK citizen as stated in point 4?
Note, she was not adopted and I don't have any old passports of hers.
Any help would be appreciated!
