my son got ILR in June 2011. He was under work permit dependant visa. We got our ILR in 2008
He came to the UK in September 2009. He will be living here for 2 years in the coming September. Can he apply for BC straight away, or he has to wait till June 2012?
By the way, he is the child from my husband's previous marriage. My husband is a PR at the moment and I hold British passport
Please advise
Thanks

Can't comment on eligibility but if you are also applying for your
4 years old son, better to apply together as the fees are lower.

After completing two years, in September 2011. At the same time as your husband's
naturalisation application.

Thanks Vinnay, but my husband is not eligible for naturalization as he left the country more than 90 days in the past year. Is my step son still able to apply in September 2011?

if only one of them is thought to be qualified, will the immigration officer refuse both or approve one but refuse the other one?
Thanks Jambo!
