Can i apply in NCS ! day early

Hello Every one
I got my ILR on 14/10/2010.now i know i can apply on 14/10/2011, but unfortunately - none of the NCS centres around my area accept applications on Friday.
So want to know if i can aply on 13/10/2011.
Please advise.

I am not sure if you can apply on that day...though i was eligible i wouldnt take a risk..and would leave at least couple of days after completion of one year...

If you satisfy all the
requirements when the
UKBA receives your application, then you should be ok.

If you satisfy all the requirements when the UKBA receives your application, then you should be ok.
Only way here is to post your application.
NCS will not take your application unless you complete one year after ILR, so no you cannot apply via NCS before 14/10.

Note that the
NCS is not the UKBA. NCS may accept your application. They will forward it to the UKBA.

You can have an early appointment with the NCS and ask them to post the application later.

Note that the NCS is not the UKBA. NCS may accept your application. They will forward it to the UKBA.

I had checked this with NCS earlier, they will not accept the application before you have completed 1 yr after ILR

Even if NCS forward your application on the day they see you, it's unlikely that the UKBA will receive it on the same day. Therefore, it may be unreasonable for the NCS not to accept the application one day before you complete the 1 year, assuming that you
satisfy all the other requirements.
However, it may be simplest just to apply afterwards.

My friend had appointment 2 days earlier with NCS. They took the application and posted it later. So it is possible if NCS is willing to do it.
