Hi,

I am certain that one of the Referees for my application has not stayed in their current residence for the past 3 years and they are going to use the page titled "Further Information not covered in Other Sections" to include their previous addresses.

Is there any suggested format that the forum members can share me with?. I can ask my referees to follow the same format for uniformity.

Kind Regards

I'm not aware of any requirement for the referee to provide his addresses for the last three years. He needs to know you for three years and provide his current address.

Hi Jambo,

Yes, there is. In the Referees and Identity page, Under section 5.6 Address, there is a small note which reads as "If you have been at this address for less than 3 years, please list previous addresses on Page 13".

Kind Regards

So simple - address, from date, to date for each address should be enough. No need to have a specific format.
