supporting documents

Hi
I have booked an appointment with NCS on the 08/09 for my british application , and I am now preparing it , and Iam a bit confused about the documents I have to send with the form
I will list the documents I am planning to send and need from you plz to tell me if they are ok or I need to add others
first my case is : I have refugee status , granted 5 years limited leave to remain then indefinite leave to remain on 06/09/2010 , I am applying on basis of residence , and dont have any criminal records
document planning to send :
- 2 travel documents new and expired one
- indefinite leave to remain stamp
- life in uk test cerftificate
I dont know what else I have to send so plz I need you help
forgot to say that I never worked , first I was on job seekers allowance after I started to suffer from epilepsy and be unable to work and get benefits DLA and income support
