Hi,

My wife and I were planning on going to Morocco next year in July 2012.

I've just reviewed my wife's passport.

She received her spouse visa in Rabat in Feb 09 and entered the UK in the same month.

We received her ILR in June 2011.

During her 2 year spouse visa we went to Saudi Arabia for 10 days in May 2009, Morocco for 2 weeks in October 2009 and lastly again to Morocco for 5 weeks in September 2010.

Does my wife qualify for naturalisation in Feb 2012 or June 2012?

I would appericate your help.

As a spouse of a British citizen she does not need to meet the 1year ILR requirement. She can apply once she has been in the country for at leastt 3years as long as she has ILR.
