Hi

My son is on HSMP dependent visa and his visa expries on 10/09/2011.

We, his parents, have ILR stamped on 05/09/2011,

My son does not have ILR as we did not apply for him.

What if I apply for my son's naturalisation certificate using form MN1 (as he is born in uk and his age is 2.5 years) after his current visa expires on 10/09/2011

IS THIS OK TO APPLY THIS WAY

OR I CAN NOT APPLY AFTER HIS VISA EXPIRES

NEED URGENT HELP

what is preventing you from posting his registration (using MN1) document in a day or two, now that you have ILR? I am sure UKBA will not see it as a problem given that the dates between your ILR approval and the date of expiry of his dependent visa is too close. However do wait for someone with better insight to share their thoughts.
