My husband non-EEA national is applying for Citizenship on basis of being married to EEA National who is naturalised as British Citizen. He has not applied for PR as acquired automatically.
My question is regarding section 2.4 of application form "EEA Nationals/ Family Members exercising Treaty Rights":
Could anyone confirm that in this section he needs to list details of my employment rather then his?

This section is to prove that he have acquired PR automatically and for that the EEA national activities are the ones that matter.

Where should I declare caution on AN form; tick section 3.12: "Have you engaged in any other activities which might indicate that you may not be considered a person of good character?" or tick NO and mention in "Further information not covered in other sections"?

Could anyone advise please.
