Hi
My mate was convicted for sex abuse when he was 15-16, he abused some girl couple years younger Than himself at that time. He was convicted for abusing someone under age 15. It was back in Poland, as far as we are concerned it is spend under Polish law, does he Have to declare it on British Citizenship app?
He spended some time in young offenders prison(about 2 months) that was his holiday, after that judge did let him go back to school. He was sentenced and released. I far as I know there is no such think like 'sex offenders register' in poland, and his sentence is spend under Polish law, and I'm preety sure if he does check with Polish authority he will be clear.
Does ho check thinks like this?
Part of that he is really nice person, he is doing good thinks to another people, really helpfull. Will be shame if he still Have to pay for thinks which happened about 15 years ago.
Thanks
