i need some info regards my bc opplication
my story

i wa married to eea wife from 02/ 2004 and get divorced nov 2008
i did applied for pr 04 /2010
first time i was refused spet 2010 the home office was asking for copenhansive insurance number i did a did apeal aginst it and been refused again on 02/2011 and did take the home office to the court
and i won the case and been garnted the pr 08/2011 .

now i want to apply for bc and i m worry about my refusel times
1) do you think i do qualify for british citzenship????
2) what do you think about my refusel time ? is that going to be count as illegal time in the uk and there for i do not qualify for bc ?
3) or do i need to wait for 1 year after the pr ?

i should be more clear

i my self did apply for bc on that date (28/03/2011) and been approved ,and this story i just write is for my frien who want s me to get some info for him thank you
