Myself and my wife came to UK : 05-Nov-2005.
My KID entered into UK : 20/12/2007 ( Born on 01-01-2007).
We all got PERMANET RESIDENCY: 15-Oct-2010.

To apply citizenship:
-----------------------

1) 5 years in UK from application date not more than 450 days outside UK.
2) 1 years in UK from application date not more than 90 days outside UK.

3) Also says that -
if am applying for citizenship on 01-NOV-2011 then person should be in UK on 01-Nov-2006.
Here my wife not in UK from 26/08/2006 03/05/2007
Does she eligible.

4) Is my KID eligible to apply with me for CITIZENSHIP.

Please advise me.

Many thanks

1. You should have been present in the UK exactly 5 years ago on the date UKBA receives your application (not 5 years ago on the date you apply).
2. In such case, your wife cannot apply before 03-05-2012.
3. You may apply for registration of your child as a British citizen (under section 3(1)) at the same time as you apply for naturalisation.

Consider deferring your (and your child's) application until 03-05-12 if you wish to save money. At that time, make a joint (naturalisation) application along with your wife and also apply for child's registration at the same time.
