Hello,

I will be applying through NCS in a couple of months for naturalization. I used the original of my LIUK when I got my ILR. The ILR was gotten through 5 yrs work permit and Tier1 .
Now I can only find a copy of my LIUK certificate, I've checked everywhere and I can't find the original . Do I need to retake the test?

Thanks

If you already have taken the test for ILR, then is no need to provide the certificate again. Just tick "I met the knowledge of language and life requirement to qualify for settlement" in Q 1.22.

Should you write in the box provided the certificate number so HO can 100% find the record, I'm paranoid they may request the certificate and delay the application. (I already passed the test to apply for Settlement).

You are not required to provide the test certificate number if you met the requirement for ILR. Better to stick to what the form asks otherwise you might confuse the HO even more (as writing the test certificate number in the box provided is only required if you attach it to the application).
