My baby girl was born in 9th october 2011.Me and my husband applied for ILR visa on 28th oct 2011 but we didnt apply for baby with us.

1.Please tell me what visa status will get my daughter after we get ILR and what visa we Will apply for her when we ll get our ILR.


2.we want to travel to pakistan in February 2011 so what travel documents requirements for my daughter.

Was she born in the UK?
If yes you can register her as British Citizen.
Of course, that can only happen after you get ILR.

yes she born in uk.now everything is clear as we dont need to apply for her ILR.
