Hi my wife has applied for B.C. in November. She sent her kenyan passport as well as other necessary documents.

She now needs to urgently travel to Kenya and needs her kenyan passport back.

Does anyone have a number or email to get the passport back so she can travel as the number given does not allow the option of speaking to anyone from the Home Office.

It's the same number (either the 0845 or better 0151 672 5626). You just need to choose the right options to speak to a person (used to be 1,2 or 2,1 but could have changed).

If her passport was already scanned into the UKBA system, she could get it back. That's is why using NCS is good value for money.
