British Citizenship for my daughter

I recently got ILR in Nov 2011. My daughter was born in 2008 in UK but unfortunatley I and my wife got separated in 2008 and later in the following year got divorced. My wife and my daughter were on dependent visa (HSMP) when we got separated which is now expired, when we got separated they went back to pakistan and never came back. When we got divorced i did inform home office. I now got married again last month in pakistan.
I have two question:
1. Can i apply BC for my daughter ? As she is in pakistan what options do i have ?
2. I want to apply dependent visa for my wife so which documents i would need ?
