Name change before applying naturalisation

Currently my wife is having only first name in her passport and now i want to add my last name as her last name in naturalisation application.In notes section i want to explain because of marrage we are adding my last name as her's and attaching our marriage certificate as proof.
Is there anything we have to do or this procedure is ok to accept application
