OCI: THUMB IMPRESSION OF APPLICANT REQUIRED

Hi
I applied for an OCI to the London office for an OCI for myself, wife and 2 children (agred 3 + 5).
I guess I must off misunderstood the intructions as when checking online the status for my wife and I is stating granted. However for both children it is saying "THUMB IMPRESSION OF APPLICANT REQUIRED". I thought this was not needed and only for Adults who could not sign.
Anyway please can someone let me know the procedure I need to follow now? should I just take a thump print and send to London office with the GR""" number?
Thanks
