Supporting financial documents with Form AN

With form AN for applying for British passport if there is any financial status requirements of minimum bank balance and others ,

I am working as contractor ( Agency ) . While submitting the form AN , what finacial documentsshould I included

1) Company accounts like return , balance sheets #
2) Letter from Accountant regarding earning
3) Buissness Accounts Bank statement
4) Personal Accountant bank statement
5) Salary slip and others

There is no financial information required to be sent with the AN form.

If you are paid via PAYE and are an employee of your company then thats all you need to say.

If you are self employed instead then you need to send your last self assessment statement which will show you're declaring income for taxation purposes etc
