I called nationality section a few days ago and and I provided them my details name, DOB, HO reference number and address but they told that still they don't have a record in there system; there is no case in their system so they cant add any record or to do any thing.....despite my application completed around 35 days! really weird.

Any advice please?

Did u use NCS?

Are you sure the HO received the application? You can check delivery on the Royalmail website if you got the reference number.

You are only entered into the system when they also debit the fees. From other members it seems that it nowadays it can take a month for that to happen so I would not worry yet.

Wait another week and call again.
