Please can you assist regarding followings
arrived in uk on 08/04/2006 (wp+tier2)
got ILR on 11/03/2011
can i send application on 12/03/2012 for citizen ship?
also in form AN how to delete 6.6 statement

If you meet all the
standard requirements, then yes.
also in form AN how to delete 6.6 statement

I meet all UKBA standard requirments, but like to confirm only residential requirments
when does my qualifying period start?

The qualifying period starts 5 years before the date the HO receives your application. i.e. they look 5 years back. So if you send your application on 12/03/2012 and it is received by the HO on 13/03/2012 (next day delivery), then your qualifying period starts on 14/03/2007.
