i'm married and we both are on ilr.My wife has got ILR two years ago and myself got ILR 3 years ago.I'm here for more than 10 years but wife is here since 3 years.Can we apply together for British citizenship now or she has to wait for another 2 years.

Assuming you meet the other requirements then you can apply now for BC on the basis of 5 years residency inc at least 1 free from immigration control.

Your wife cannot apply yet having not been here 5 years yet. That said, assuming that you do become British she can then apply immediately for BC too as the requirements for a spouse of a BC is only 3 years and being free from immigration control.
