I arrived on the 10 TH April 2009 , Can i apply for BC on the 9Th April 2012 is that still ok because one of my referee is on a holiday and i have to wait for her until she come back on the 9 Th April 2012 ? Thank you for your reply

It depends on what grounds you are applying for BC. Are you applying as spouse of BC ? Check this link

I am applying for BC as a spouse of a British Citizen , I ve got my ILR on the 6 Th April 2011 and i arrived to the UK on the 10 TH April 2009
I am really confused when should i apply ?
In the UK border website they said : if we received your application on 25 November 2005, you would have to show that you were in the United Kingdom on 26 November 2002.
Please i need your help , Thank you very much

It is recommended to post new questions in your previous thread so other members can read your previous questions and understand your circumstances.
As you were advised
previously, you can apply any time you wish from when you are eligible. Not earlier. You can apply on the 9th or later if you wish.
