BC for Wife with EEA Famliy Permit

Hi

I been advised on this forum and by Home Office as well that my wife have to complete her 5 years and then she can straigh away apply for BC without applying for PR.

Can you please advise what supporting documents we should submit with my wife AN form? Below some of the doc i can think of :)

1. Her Indian passport
2. Our marriage certificate
3. Knowledge of English and Life in UK
4. Evidence of lawful residence during the 5 (Joint name Bank Statements)
5. Evidence of settlement for applicants from Switzerland or the European Economic Area ????? My wife dont work so this can my employment letter?

and what other supporting document my wife should submit with her application?

She will need provide evidence she acquired PR (similar evidence needed for a EEA4 application). This should be your EEA passport, her passport, evidence of 5 years of residence, evidence of the EEA national exercising treaty rights (that could be your PR confirmation booklet).

For naturalisation, you have listed the required evidence. You will also need to provide evidence that you are British (passport or naturalisation certificate).
