ILR quick questions

Hi,

I have ILR PEO at croydon next week based on combination of work permit and tier 1 g, just wondering:

1. Should I use SET O form for me and wife (dependant)?
2. Is PEO Croydon next office next to West Croydon Station?

It will one form and you have to fill information for both of you in same form.

Not sure where is it exactly, because I am going on end of this month.

Both East Croydon and West Croydon Stations are closer to Croydon PEO. You get frequent trains from Victoria to both the stations. I was told that East Croydon station is close by. Please check before you go.
