Non Custodial Conviction

hi thanks to all board member for great help

I have to apply my SET (LR) Just want to know if any one could help that Simple Caution or Warning from the police which is not a criminal conviction but it is a none custodial conviction which has laps 28 months already
do i need to declare in ILR Form as there is no column for that but as now they have put one extra column in Nationality application in October 2012 saying needs to mention caution as well

i have read application form they are asking to declare conviction only in ILR Form so shall i need to declare that none custodial caution which was given 28 months back and rehabilitation period is over now and where should i have mentioned that in form or there is no need to declare that

any one got ILR in this same situation plz share the experience i have discussed many solicitor all of them has different opinion some of them even said they will refused you if you dont declare Simple caution
plz help i need to apply

If 24 months have lapsed then what's the issue with declaring it? I don't see one, I'd just declare it.
