Duration of stay in UK for qualifying for ILR

I had stayed in the UK for 4 years and 10 months only. Is that a problem? Should it be 5 full years or more to qualify to apply for ILR?

You can apply upto 28 days before your fifth anniversary and for PEO appointment your current leave should be valid on the date of appointment/application.
