Is March 2015 Last for ILR for Tier-1 General Visa Holders

Hi,

I was told that March 2015, is the last Month for applying for ILR for Tier-1 Gen visa holders.
Post March 2015, UKBA/HomeOffice will not be accepting Applications from Tier-1 General Applicants.
Is this true?

Can someone help on this please?
