hi I need help, Section 8 pg 20 I have ticked my partner get child benefit, but I don't know whether to tick or not child tax benefit? this is because they stopped Child benefit 3 months ago after change of circumstances, Members I need help on that please.

Another question is should I give A reminder letter to pay bill as prove of address?
