Advise on my application

Hello experts

I am due for my ILR very soon.
Could you have a look at details below and advise if I have got everything right for my application.


ILR SET (O) from 5 Year route General Tier (2)

Tier 2 (General) - New Application
Entry Clearance : 13/06/2009
Date entered UK : 13/06/2009
Visa Validity : 15/06/2012


Tier 2 (General) - Extension
Extension : 23/06/2012
Visa Validity : 28/06/2015


Based on the above scenario, I should be eligible come June this year on the 5 year route.
I have not left the UK to undertake any work related tasks, except for annual leaves.


This is how I project my application:-

Type : In person at Croydon PEO
Application Date : 20/05/2014 (conforms the 28 days window inline with the eligibility period)
Appointment booking date : 10/04/2014 (conforms the 42 days window prior to application date)
Life in the UK test : Sometime in March
Other Documentation preparation : End of April/Early May


Am I right thinking the new cost for In person application at PEO after 6th April as below?
ILR Standard – main applicant £1,093
Application - in Person (AIP) £400
Total - £1493
