Hello Sir,

Could you please answer to my below question.
My son born outside uk in june 2013 and he got Tier-1 General dependent visa and he is first time coming to UK on April 2014.

I am applying for my ILR in May 2014. Can my son eligible for ILR with my application once he reach to UK in april 2014.

i appreciate your answer.
