ILR Application - Continuity of Stay & Maximum Absence

Post by goldenboys » Fri Mar 28, 2014 3:35 pm

Hi everyone,

Was just wondering if anyone is aware of any changes to ILR applications from 2016 onwards affecting the current rules on continuity of stay and maximum absence of 180 days per year. I have heard from a couple of people that this rule will be changing from 2016 but I haven't seen anything on UKBA website.

Also, does anybody know how they check the continuity of stay when they don't stamp passports when people go out of the UK?

Has anyone had approval despite not being in the UK continuously ?

Thanks
