How many co-habitation documents we need to provide?

Post by mbasmart » Wed Apr 02, 2014 6:18 pm

Hi

Can anyone please tell me how many co-habitation documents do we need to provide for ILR. Me and my wife are applying for ILR soon and unfortunately we don't have any documents in our joint names. She has her bank statement in her name, TV license is in her name, she can provide NI letter and one or two letters from NHS and thats about it. Its all in her name. We don't have anything in our joint name as our council tax and bills are paid by our landlord. I will be able to provide my bank statements, DVLA, credit card statements and many other documents at our current address. Will that be sufficient? Or do we have to have something in our joint names?

Thanks and regards..

As you only have proof of address in single names you should submit 6 each in single names, spread as evenly as possible throughout the qualifying period.
