ILR Biometric lost while outside UK

Hello All,

First let me thank you for your time for reading my query and answering.

We me and my family has an ILR since 2012, My wife and 2 year old son went to India for our second childs delivery, while in India she lost passport along with BRP card and other documents in a burglary sometime during June 13. I immediately informed UKBA and subsequently she booked an appointment through VFS, however, after making payment for replacement BRP, the person in the desk highlighted, the replacement visa is only valid for 1 month, since we had planned for delivery in India and her she was not due, we had to postpone application. Now she is planning for a return by June 14, I suppose the application process will be straight forward and we could use the BRP lost application for the same, comment please.

Second issue, is visa for my younger Son; since my wifes replacement ILR Biometric is yet to be applied, can I/she include my young sons application along with hers, what are the chances of success, which is the form to be used and how long it will take.
