SET 0 Form

Post by ssidd » Sat Apr 12, 2014 12:18 pm

Hello,

I am going to apply ILR in couple of months time under TIER 1 (General) category with my wife as Dependent.

In SET O form question 7.11 says,

How long you are in the UK?

In my case I came to UK in 2004 but I switched to TIER 1 (General) in 2008. The answer will based on the date in 2004 or when I switched to TIER 1??

My wife joined me in October 2009 as TIER 1 (General) Dependent,

Under rules updated 6 April 2014, is she still eligible to apply for ILR as my dependent on the same day, provided she fulfill English language and Life in the UK?
IELTS test is acceptable for English language requirement for ILR application?

Kindly respond it.

Many Thanks
SIDD

I guess it should start from 2008 when you switched to Tier 1 G but I will leave this to seniors to confirm
