Hi

This is the first time I'm posting on immigration boards and I must say that the work you guys are doing is really commendable.

I've been on Tier 1 General for the last 4 years and 9 months and I'm going to apply for ILR in September 2014.

I'll claim 35 points for earnings (£32,000 band). I work in two companies, and I'll be claiming points for earnings from both of these companies. My main source of income (or my principal employer) is Royal Bank of Scotland, and I'll claim points for 12 straight salaries (June 2013 to June 2014) from RBS. My second source of income is a security company, where I work part time. This security company is not very professional. Sometimes they delay my salary by a few days, sometimes they pay me by cheque, sometimes they pay me by way bank transfer, sometimes the net income figure on the payslips is different from the money they transfer in my bank account and so on and so forth.

I just wanted to ask you; Is it OK if I show 12 salaries from RBS and about 6 or 7 salaries from this security company (hence taking the total up to about £32,000)? I only want to show those month's salaries from the security company which were transferred in my account and there was no difference between the amount on payslip and amount showing in the bank statements. I'll skip the salaries where there was a problem/ discrepancy/ difference between the amount on payslip and the amount credited in the bank account.

Do you think that the case worker might turn around and ask me as to why I'm claiming points for some months but skipping a few months in-between? Or do you think it should not be a problem and I'll be fine?

I'll appreciate your comments, especially seniors.

Thanks and regards

Mrs. Ali
