ILR requirements for spouse/dependent

Hi All
Can you please confirm what is the requirement for my spouse for ILR. I am in UK for last 7 years & my wife is here from last 3 years.

Does she need to do ESOL test when I apply for our ILR. I have done my masters from UK, so I don't need ESOL but I am not sure if she need to do ESOL. She has done her engineering from India. If I check her degree on PBS calculator, it's coming up there and we can claim 10 points for the degree.

Also, what all documents are required for co-habiting and how much funds maintenance is required.
