2nd renewed Visa expiry: 31 Dec 15 (issued in jan 14)
Second Absence (in India):
19 Apr 14 - 03 Aug 14 (Total 107 days)

Questions:
1. As my wife and kids' tier 2 dependent VISA are valid till 31 Dec 15, can I go for my ILR first this year and apply for their ILR next year well before their Tier 2 VISA expiry?

2. If want to apply together then are there any problems?
