English Language Test Requirement for ILR

Hi Guys,

I am on Tier 1 General Visa, (received before 6 April 2009), At that time (5 years ago) i passed my IELTS and Received UK Naric Certification for my degree as well. Since then i am working in the UK for last 5 years.

Now i am going to apply for ILR soon, please let me know as soon as possible (with possible references), do i need to do my english language test again as per the new rules?
